Program Summary

Using a game show format, this interactive session will explore the impact of bankruptcy on IP licensor and licensee rights. You will be presented with a series of factual scenarios and questions regarding the same and be given the opportunity to vote on which of several supplied answers is most correct. The moderators will then compare your intuition, as measured by voting results, against the “correct” answer. After, you will have a heightened awareness of the impact bankruptcy proceedings may have on IP rights.
