Jorge also counsels clients on claims handling and policy drafting.

Jorge frequently lectures on emerging insurance topics. He has also lead seminars for clients on trends in the law, bad faith avoidance, and claims handling protocols.

Prior to joining Hinshaw, Jorge practiced at an international firm in Miami where he helped clients navigate insurance coverage, bad faith, and commercial disputes.
