Program Summary

The New York Recreational Cannabis Market – what licenses are available and who is eligible to get them? The presentation will include information about New York’s cannabis application process. We will discuss the recently announced “justice-involved” dispensary license application process, how applicants will qualify for that license, and what is expected to be required for the application. We will also discuss S08084A, which allows licensed hemp farmers in New York to apply to grow and process marijuana, and how those licensed under that regulation will help ramp up the supply of cannabis in New York. Finally, we will discuss the new medical cannabis regulations and the interplay between those regulations and the eventual “justice-involved” license winners. Anyone that is interested in participating in the New York market as it comes online later this year should attend
