Program Summary

This program offers an inside look at how executive coaching can transform the careers of highly performing attorneys. Designed specifically for lawyers navigating the complex demands of legal practice, this session focuses on the behavioral shifts required to move from capability to influence — and from managing work to leading teams and  driving business.

Through the lens of coaching, participants will explore how to shift unproductive habits, combat imposter
syndrome, build business development muscle, and prepare for the transition from senior associate to partner. Coaching offers a confidential, supportive space to address sensitive career challenges and  unlock new levels of clarity, confidence, and performance.

As a professional service, coaching consistently delivers a high return on investment. According to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), 98.5% of coaching clients report satisfaction with their experience — and  for lawyers, it provides a critical edge in today’s demanding and fast paced environment.

Key topics to be discussed:

  • Executive coaching: A strategic tool for lawyer growth
  • Time management: Managing distractions to maximize billable hours
  • Imposter syndrome and confidence traps
  • Business development that aligns with you

This course is co-sponsored with myLawCLE.
