Attorneys can expect to learn the significant changes to Ohio’s record sealing statute made in April of 2021. This change in law expanded record sealing but also has many arbitrary nuances. This program will cover waiting periods to file and exceptions to eligibility. We will go through hypothetical scenarios and determine eligibility and how to be creative with lawyering and help create eligibility on cases that seem impossible on which to file.
