Program Summary

This presentation will provide a survey of the fundamentals of the key federal laws prohibiting discrimination and regulating workplace activities. It will include a discussion of the latest rulings and guidance from the Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and updates from the National Labor Relations Board regarding the National Labor Relations Act.
