Program Summary

Despite the large number of people who sustain mild traumatic brain injuries, every year, many of these people go undiagnosed. More importantly, many of these people come into your offices every day to be represented for injuries to their necks and backs. This presentation will help the attendee identify this undiagnosed injury. It will also teach the attendee what experts are needed to best represent the client, what is the key literature to use to anchor the claim and how to present the case at trial to be successful.

This course is co-sponsored with myLawCLE.

Key topics to be discussed:

  • What is the definition of mild traumatic brain injury
  • How to identify the injury
  • What is the long-term consequence of mTBI
  • What experts are needed to win your case
  • What exhibits are needed
