Jeff Liang | Keller Rohrback LLP
Jeff is a partner at the law firm of Keller Rohrback LLP and is an Adjunct Law Professor at Seattle University School of Law where he has taught classes on the Taxation of LLCs and Partnerships, Corporate Taxation, and Taxation of Nonprofit Organizations.
Jeff assists businesses, non-profit organizations, and individuals with corporate, real estate, estate planning, and compliance issues. Specifically, Jeff works with multi-generational families who navigate tax and legal issues of owning real estate. He also works with families on succession planning and life transitions involving residential and commercial real estate.
Prior to joining Keller Rohrback LLP, Jeff worked for the IRS’s Office of Chief Counsel in New York and later joined the tax practice group at Lane Powell PC. He opened his own law firm, Ling and Liang PLLC in 2010 with his spouse, Helen Ling. Jeff is a community leader and was awarded the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association’s 2022 Pro Bono Award for providing pro bono services to anyone during the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
