Sex Crimes are notoriously difficult cases to litigate due to the sensitive nature of these cases. This CLE will demystify Sex Crimes and teach attorneys how to attack these cases from start to finish. This CLE will cover investigations that should be done before the case is filed, all the way through jury trials. In addition, we will cover Sex Crimes specific Motions such as Williams Rule, Child Hearsay, and Rape Shield. Also, this CLE will discuss Federal Sex Crimes and how they are different from Florida Sex Crimes.
