He chairs the Legal Committee of the Society of Settlement Planners and previously served in the U.S. Treasury’s Office of Tax Policy. He is Special Tax Counsel at Lane Powell PC and President of Structured Consulting.
Tim is a CPA and the co-founder of Vista Consulting, which advises law firms on a variety of business front. He regularly consults on firm budgeting, strategic planning, succession planning, client experience, firm advertising, and organizational structure. Tim previously worked as a management consultant for Deloitte.
Stephanie Mastroni is an Operations Consultant with Vista Consulting Team. She is also a lawyer admitted and licensed to practice law in New York and Connecticut. Stephanie began her career 30 years ago in the personal injury field as a liability claims adjuster.
