Jeremy is a tax and business lawyer who focuses on efficient arrangements. His consulting practice regularly addresses issues of legal ethics. He chairs the Legal Committee of the Society of Settlement Planners and previously served in the U.S. Treasury’s Office of Tax Policy. He is Special Tax Counsel at Lane Powell PC and President of Structured Consulting.

Stephanie began her career 30 years ago in the personal injury field as a liability claims adjuster. Stephanie has personally assisted over 100 personal injury firms in the United States and Canada with her knowledge and expertise in business management principles and Personal Injury Practices. Her work consists of coaching law firm leaders on how to create and implement intake and case management systems & measure and manage Operational Best Practices.
