Sarah O’Brien | Butler Snow Litigation
Sarah O’Brien is a member of Butler Snow’s litigation department and practices within the Tort, Transportation, & Specialized Litigation Group. She has represented clients in state and federal court in a broad range of complex civil litigation matters, including construction litigation, commercial litigation, insurance bad faith, and premises liability cases. She has experience in all phases of complex litigation, including trial and arbitration. She formerly served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Justice Gregory Hobbs, Jr, of the Colorado Supreme Court.
Sarah is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell. She obtained her J.D. from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, and is admitted to the Colorado State Bar and U.S. District Court of Colorado. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, Faculty of Federal Advocates, Colorado Defense Lawyers Association, Downtown Denver Partnership Experience Council, Associated General Contractors Legislative Committee, Colorado Homebuilders Association, and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM).
