Dr. Tracey Meyers a licensed clinical psychologist in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York. She is currently employed at Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers (LCL) in Massachusetts, a lawyer assistance program where she focuses on lawyer wellbeing, mental health, and stress management and maintains a private practice as well. In addition, Tracey has extensive training in integrative medicine including yoga, mindfulness, and breathing practices and utilizes these practices in her clinical work with individuals, groups, and organizations. Tracey has authored several publications on mental health and wellbeing and has written a book, Yin Yoga Therapy and Mental Health, published in June of 2022 (Singing Dragon, 2022).

Cathy and the team are also integrally involved in the firm’s extensive wellbeing and DEI efforts. Working with the firm’s Wellbeing and DEI Committees, the Talent Management team has facilitated numerous initiatives, programs, speakers and events designed to help lawyers and staff achieve wellbeing despite the stresses of the workplace and their personal lives, the pandemic, and what is going on in the world, and has fostered a sense of belonging and community.

Prior to joining Robinson+Cole, Cathy spent 20 plus years at Proskauer Rose LLP where she was the Legal Director for its top-ranked Labor and Employment Department. Prior to that, Cathy was a white-collar criminal defense and commercial litigation lawyer in private practice at Dechert LLP and a white-collar defense boutique. She is a graduate of Yale Law School and Stony Brook University. Cathy has presented on wellbeing and professional development related topics both outside and inside the firm.
