Georgia CLE Requirements CLE requirements for Georgia attorneys. Required credits Georgia attorneys are required to earn 12 credits, including 1 Ethics, 1 Professionalism, and 3 Trial (only required for trial attorneys) credits per year.

• Due date for CLE: Credits are due by December 31st.
• Reporting credits: All credits must be reported by March 31st.
