South Dakota CLE Requirements

South Dakota Bar is a Non-Mandatory CLE State. It does not require Continued Legal Education to maintain a license to practice law, although its members are encouraged to engage in such education as it helps them hone their skills and keep up with the latest developments within particular areas of law
