District of Columbia CLE Requirements The District of Columbia Bar does not have mandatory or minimum continuing legal education requirements, although its members are encouraged to engage in such continuing legal education as is necessary to maintain their competence to practice law, as described in the Rules of Professional Conduct (Rule 1.1). myLawCLE offers a wide variety of high quality CLEs that are designed to provide up to date and valuable information related to the practice of law.
