Plaintiff's attorneys handling cases involving severe injury or wrongful death often work with clients who face intense emotional challenges, including the risk of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Understanding these PTSD considerations is crucial for providing trauma-informed, compassionate legal representation, and empowering attorneys to guide clients through litigation.
This program will educate Plaintiff’s lawyers about working with clients who have PTSD, and how to implement trauma informed lawyering.
