Delaware CLE Requirements
CLE requirements for Delaware attorneys.
Required credits
Delaware attorneys are required to earn 24 credits, including 4
Enhanced Ethics credits every 2 years. Senior attorneys are required to earn 12 credits every two years, including 2 Enhanced Ethics.
*Senior attorneys are those who have been a member of the Bar of Supreme Court in any State and in the District of Columbia in good standing for 40 years or more.
- Due date for CLE: Credits are due by December 31st.
- Reporting credits: All credits must be reported by March 31st.
- Reporting attendance: myLawCLE reports attendance to the Delaware State Bar.
eCLE credits
Delaware attorneys are limited to (12) credits through eCLE (Online Seminars, Video Teleconference, or Telephone Seminar or Audio Broadcast). The remaining hours must be earned via In-person / live CLE events.
Delaware senior attorneys are limited to (6) credits through eCLE (Online Seminars, Video Teleconference, or Telephone Seminar or Audio Broadcast). The remaining hours must be earned via In-person / live CLE events.
