Pennsylvania CLE RequirementsCLE requirements for Pennsylvania attorneys.Required creditsPennsylvania attorneys are required to earn 12 credits every year, including 2 credits in Ethics, Professionalism, or Substance Abuse.
Due date for CLE: Attendance for a program must be submitted within 30 days of the course completion. The deadline for reporting the credits will be based on the Compliance Group assigned.
Reporting credits: Attorneys are randomly assigned to one of three Compliance Groups with different deadlines to report their credits.
Group 1: April 30, 2024
Group 2: August 31, 2024
Group 3: December 31. 2024
Reporting attendance: myLawCLE reports attendance to the Pennsylvania State Bar.
