He is deeply committed to helping entrepreneurs and businesses thrive by creating, developing, and leveraging their intellectual property portfolios to achieve business goals.

Bob’s practice encompasses all facets of intellectual property litigation, including pre-suit investigations and searches, trials, appeals, and post-grant patent matters. He represents clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), various boards, and federal courts in a wide range of IP matters. Bob is also a registered patent attorney handling prosecutorial matters before the USPTO. He routinely uses this knowledge to his advantage in IP litigation. His IP practice further includes managing IP portfolios to ensure competitors do not infringe, as well as negotiating, drafting, and reviewing license, royalty, and purchase agreements.

Bob has been leveraging forms of AI in his legal practice since before the term was widely recognized.
