Program Summary

In order to effectively represent high net worth clients, attorneys must be fluent in financial processes and terminology, and confident enough to confront the financial experts on their own turf. This presentation will examine the important considerations in preparing for and conducting depositions of financial expert witness and will further examine how litigants and their attorneys can make best use of those depositions.

This course is co-sponsored with myLawCLE.
