Program Summary

This program will delve into the complexities of implementing AI-driven automation in law firms, highlighting both the advantages and challenges. Attendees will learn how automation can boost efficiency and profitability, with specific examples to illustrate the economic impact of AI-generated automations, while also understanding the risks of AI errors and the ethical duty and business necessity of oversight to maintain accuracy. The session will discuss AI capabilities and limitations, providing examples of how AI can be used to increase effectiveness for attorneys and law firm owners. The program will discuss the ethical considerations of delegating tasks to AI.

Finally, the program will delineate less frequently discussed pitfalls such as data privacy concerns, integration challenges, and the need for ongoing monitoring and updates, as the technology evolves.

Allison Williams is the owner of not one, but two, successful companies.
