This program is designed for experienced litigators, though trial experience is not necessary. This will explore why and under what circumstances the attorney client privilege does and does not offer the protection of the attorney client privilege. Litigation often moves fast, and things get broken. Make sure your advice to your client is not one of those things that get broken. Learn how to use the nuances of the privilege to take advantage of non-privileged discussions by the parties adverse to your case.
