Maine State CLE Webinars

Maine CLE Requirements CLE requirements for Maine attorneys. Required credits Maine attorneys are required to earn 12 credits per year, including 1 Live Ethics credit and 1 Live In-Person Harassment & Discrimination credit. The in-person requirement has been waived through December 31, 2023, but this credit must still be taken through live programs. A minimum of 7.00 credit hours may be taken as live programs and a maximum of 5.00 credit hours may be taken as self-study programs.

• Due date for CLE: All credits are due by December 31^st.
• Reporting credits: All credits must be reported by 4:30 pm EST on January 1st.
• Reporting attendance: Attorneys from Maine self-report their attendance.

Self-Study/On-Demand credits Maine attorneys are limited to (5) hours of on-demand CLE credits. The remaining hours must be earned via live CLE events or live-streamed online webinars.
