Washington CLE RequirementsCLE requirements for Washington attorneys.Required creditsWashington attorneys are required to earn 45 credits every 3 years, including 15 Law and Legal procedure credits and 6 credits in Ethics (at least 1 credit must be in “Equity” — equity, inclusion, and the mitigation of both implicit and explicit bias in the legal profession).
Due date for CLE: All credits are due by December 31st.
Reporting credits: All credits must be reported by February 1st. Please check the Washington State Bar Association website to consult your reporting period.
Reporting attendance: myLawCLE reports live credits to the Washington State Bar. Attorneys must self-report on-demand credits.
