Program Summary

Understanding and addressing generational biases is crucial for today’s legal workspaces. Generational biases can influence decision-making, client interactions, and workplace dynamics. This webinar will discuss the generations, biases that commonly arise and then explore ways to reduce tensions to maximize collaboration.
