Program Summary

Understanding and addressing generational biases is crucial for today’s legal workspaces. Generational biases can influence decision-making, client interactions, and workplace dynamics. The current legal workforce comprises several generational cohorts, each with distinct values, work styles, and communication preferences. Fostering understanding and collaboration between and across generations is key to a healthy and thriving workplace. This webinar will discuss the generations, biases that commonly arise and then explore ways to reduce tensions to maximize collaboration.

This course is co-sponsored with myLawCLE.

Key topics to be discussed:

  • Key generational groups in the workforce (Silent Generation, Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, Gen Z) and their differing values, work styles, and communication preferences
  • Defining, recognizing and challenging biases

  • Tools to improve and work across generations
