Leah A. Morrison is a partner with English, Lucas, Priest & Owsley, LLP, in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She concentrates on her practice in probate administration and designing tax advantageous estate and asset protection plans, as well as Special Needs and Medicaid planning. Leah is a frequent presenter on estate planning and probate, particularly trust taxation. Leah serves on the Board of Directors for the Bowling Green-Warren County Bar Association, and as Vice-Chair for the Probate & Trust Law Section of the Kentucky Bar Association. She earned her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, her LL.M. degree in taxation, magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama, and her B.A. degree in Criminal Justice from George Washington University.
