Speakers

Erin M. Strohbehn_FedBarErin M. Strohbehn | Husch Blackwell LLP

A leading Wisconsin probate and trust litigator, Erin provides tenacious, pragmatic advocacy to clients in difficult situations.

Erin practices almost exclusively in the niche field of fiduciary litigation, asset disputes, and contested probate and trust litigation throughout Wisconsin. She represents individuals on all sides of contested probate administration, contested trust administration, guardianship cases, will contests, allegations of undue influence or competency questions during the drafting of estate planning documents, and other controversies surrounding the making or administering of estate plans. She also defends fiduciaries against actions seeking their removal.

Known as a persistent and determined advocate, Erin blends strategy with pragmatism in every case she handles. Recognizing the emotional toll that disputes over wills or inheritances can have on families, she collaborates closely with clients, helping them see the situation from an outsider’s perspective. Ultimately, every legal move Erin makes is tailored to steer clients towards a successful resolution.
