Washington CLE Requirements
CLE requirements for Washington attorneys.
Required credits
Washington attorneys are required to earn 45 credits every 3 years, including 15 Law and Legal procedure credits and 6 credits in Ethics (at least 1 credit must be in “Equity” — equity, inclusion, and the mitigation of both implicit and explicit bias in the legal profession).
Self-Study/On-Demand credits
All 45 credits can be taken with live or self-study programs.
