She provides business valuations for transactions, estate and gift matters, marital dissolution proceedings, disputes amongst business ownership, and business owner exit planning.

In addition, Michele serves as an expert in litigation concerning these areas as well as in lost profits analysis, shareholder disputes, and insurance claims. She has been qualified as an expert in valuation, economic damages, lost profits analysis, and accounting in Louisiana and Mississippi courts of law. She has provided numerous articles and presentations within her areas of experience.

Michele is the co-leader of LaPorte’s Transaction Advisory Services group. Michele works with buyers and sellers to determine deal pricing and structure. This includes advanced analysis of business value, quality of earnings, net cash flows and returns on investment.
