He has successfully defended corporate clients in numerous significant consumer protection regulatory proceedings, including favorably resolving cases at the investigative stage, after administrative or court litigation has been initiated but before trial, or through completion of successful litigation.

A nationally recognized consumer protection and antitrust lawyer, he has deep experience in all aspects of consumer protection disputes, including investigations by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Department of Justice (DOJ), and state attorneys general, as well as class action litigation. He has worked with clients across the country and around the world to prepare for the implementation of the FTC’s Click-to-Cancel Rule.
