Program Summary

We all know the "All Evidence Rule" and how it applies to medical records, but how does this and/or can this apply to other forms or documents that you know exist that can help bolster the claim? Emma and Ashley will go through what the "All Evidence Rule" is and how forms like the Work History Report, Function Report and others can be tailored to strengthen your case, as well as looking at what documents, like the STD/LTD file, IEPs, Worker's Comp Clincher Docs, and Veteran's Disability C&P exams look like and how you can use these to your advantage.

Key topics to be discussed:

  • Review of the all-evidence rule and how to make subpoena requests
  • The usefulness of documents outside of medical records bolstering a claim
  • The employment file, ltd/std file, veteran's benefits file, worker's compensation file, and submission of pictures
  • Forms provided by the SSA such as the work history report and the function report and why these documents filled out in their entirety are necessary for establishing a good claim

This course is co-sponsored with myLawCLE.
