Session I – Nursing Home Resident Rights and Standards of Care - Tony Chicotel

In this session, we will review the federal rules that govern nursing home care with a special emphasis on resident rights. The session also covers current policy initiatives aimed at strengthening regulations, advocacy strategies for further reforms, and collaboration with policymakers and stakeholders for ongoing improvements.
