Program Summary

Legal transactions are complicated — and only growing moreso.

Webs of documents that need to be negotiated and signed continue to expand, while the timelines to execute a deal continue to tighten. And on top of that, clients still expect real time visibility on how a deal is progressing.

Fortunately, there are tools and techniques legal staff can use to overcome these types of challenges.

We’re pleased to present “How Transactional Lawyers Can Better Serve (And Maintain) Their Clients,” a CLE-eligible webinar, in partnership with our friends at iManage.

This program will guide you through ways to better serve clients in real estate, M&A, and other transactional practice areas.

This course is co-sponsored with myLawCLE.

Key topics to be discussed:

  • How you can guard against litigation risk by preventing critical errors
  • How you can ease varied organizational and logistical challenges
  • How you can improve all of your client interactions throughout the process
