As attorneys we always want to be as productive as possible. COVID-19 changed the work landscape for many attorneys. What are the benefits and detriments to the various work options, and how do they impact a successful attorney’s well-being? Is commuting to an office necessary for full productivity? Is telework/hybrid creating a fractured workforce? What should managers be considering in determining whether some work options should be considered for employees? Please join Dr. Tammy Allen, Professor of Psychology at the University of South Florida, Maya Roy, Chief Deputy of Operations, United States District Court, California Central District, Kim Turner (Executive Leadership Coach, Invigorate and Inspirit), and Moderator Tiffany Schwartz, Investigative Attorney, Office of the Inspector General, NSF for a discussion and analysis of these issues.
Presented by the Professional Development Committee
