Manisha Fox, Department Attorney | Nixon Peabody LLP

Manisha Fox is a department attorney in Nixon Peabody’s Corporate practice group. Manisha advises companies on general corporate matters and corporate governance and represents businesses in commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions and strategic ventures.

Manisha is admitted to practice in Michigan and is supervised by attorneys admitted to practice in Illinois and Massachusetts.

 

Jennifer A. Jovcevski, Associate | Nixon Peabody LLP

Jennifer Jovcevski is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s M&A and Corporate Transactions and Nonprofit practice group. She represents businesses in commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and advises clients on general corporate matters and corporate governance.

Jennifer also advises nonprofit organizations in matters relating to legal requirements and best practices regarding governance and operational matters. Her specialty is in charter school and non-public school compliance as she serves as outside counsel to charter schools and non-public schools in matters relating to legal requirements and best practices in connection with governance and operational matters.
