Evan is also the founder and creator of the award-winning blog, Everything Elder Law, where he has written and published over 1,700 original articles bi-weekly since 2005. Evan received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania in 1984 and his law degree from the College of William & Mary in 1987.
