The IRS Office of Professional Responsibility (“OPR”) polices those professionals that practice before the IRS. So what causes a tax professional or appraiser to get referred to OPR? And what happens to those professionals who are referred? This special program will review OPR Procedures and explain how you can represent tax professionals and appraisers before OPR and save their license, and how to help them avoid getting referred to OPR in the first place.
