Dr. Alastra is an ABNS board-certified neurological surgeon and ABNS board-certified Focused Practice neuro-interventionalist with specialization in vascular and general neurosurgery, endovascular neurosurgery, minimally invasive spinal surgery, and surgical management of chronic pain. He is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD, Case Western University Medical School, Cleveland, OH, and trained in neurosurgery at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN. He completed his neuro-interventional fellowship training from New York University Medical Center, New York, NY.
