Program Summary

On this CLE I will discuss estate planning in depth, drafting advance directives, a Last Will and Testament, Revocable Trusts and drafting Supplemental Needs Trusts. Estate planning is very important for all individuals to have and can have major consequences if not done correctly. I will outline the information that any attorney needs to gather from their client when doing an estate plan and how to issue spots when an attorney has the initial consultation with the client.
