Program Summary

Jon G. Furlow has over 30 years of experience both as a litigation partner in a large regional law firm, and as an in-house executive leading a team of lawyers and staff managing litigation and regulatory matters nationwide. Mr Furlow has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Wisconsin Law School for 17 years. In all of these roles, Mr. Furlow has regularly advised on ethics matters and presented ethics programs focused on the application of ethics rules to the in-house setting where overlapping legal and business concerns routinely arise. Mr. Furlow earned his law degree at the University of Minnesota Law School, and is a member of the Minnesota, Wisconsin and Illinois bars, as well as a variety of federal bars, including the United States Supreme Court.
