Erika Contreras is a partner at Panish | Shea | Ravipudi LLP and focuses her practice on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and motor carrier liability cases. Licensed in California and Nevada, Erika has obtained millions of dollars in awards for her clients, including many seven-figure and eight-figure verdicts and settlements.

Recognized among the 2024 Top Women Lawyers by Daily Journal and among the 2024 Leaders of Influence by the Los Angeles Business Journal, Erika has also been named to Los Angeles Magazine‘s list of Top Women Attorneys in Southern California. In 2023, she was the recipient of the California Lawyer Attorney of the Year (“CLAY”) Award and honored to be named among the 2023 Consumer Attorneys of California’s Consumer Attorney of the Year Finalists. In 2022, Erika received the Trailblazer Award from the Latina Lawyers Bar Association alongside other Latina Trailblazers including the Chief Justice of the California Supreme Court, the Hon. Patricia Guerrero.

Erika is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and serves as the Southern California Membership Chair for the Consumer Attorneys of California’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee. She is also on the Board of Directors for the Latina Lawyers Association where she also serves as the Chair of the Fundraising Committee and a member in the mentor/mentee program.
