In today’s hybrid workplace, more reliance on written communication has created a need for better diligence on the legalities of writing and documentation. This program will provide an overview of the various legal standards organizations are required to meet in multiple arenas with strategies on how to keep up with requirements. Particular attention will be given to manager documentation, retention policies, and considerations with the use of email. While no program can guarantee compliance, we will be as comprehensive as possible in helping participants.
