With Andrew Ferguson taking over as FTC Chair and remaining democratic Commissioners fired, a major shift is underway at the FTC. This webinar will provide an in-depth analysis of the expected changes, looking at the first 100 days under the new administration. Key areas of discussion will include the FTC’s evolving stance on Big Tech, AI regulatory efforts, the noncompete ban, and merger enforcement. This session will equip legal professionals, business leaders, and compliance officers with a clear understanding of what these changes mean for their industries, how to prepare for shifting enforcement priorities, and what to expect from the FTC under the Trump administration.
