Alcohol is one of the major substances found in DUI cases. Understanding its effects can help determine if it is a factor in any traffic stop. This presentation is focused on DUI and how to handle testimony and pretrial considerations. Attendees will better understand how alcohol affects the body, how a lab analyzes the evidence and the science of alcohol intoxication. The presentation will also touch on what a DRE looks for.
