Leslie Kaderavek is currently Vice President of the TPA Services Department and has more than 15 years of insurance experience. An expert in claims management, she provides leadership to MMA Midwest’s Claims Team and serves as one of the agency’s leading resources for resolving complex claim and coverage situations. With a special focus on clients within the healthcare industry, Leslie works closely with each of her clients to navigate their healthcare professional liability needs. In January 2020, Leslie launched the agency’s new TPA services department which specializes in professional and general liability claims management for the healthcare industry.

Leslie joined Assurance, a Marsh McLennan Agency, in 2007 as a Claims Coordinator and has since developed her expertise through a number of roles, including Claims Advocate, Senior Claims Advocate, Claims Supervisor, Claims Manager, Director of TPA Services and now Vice President of TPA Services.

Leslie received her Senior Claims Law Associate designation in 2009 and her Associate in Risk Management designation in 2014. In 2015, she was awarded as one of the agency’s co-employees of the year. She attended Northern Illinois University and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science.
