Program Summary

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is advancing the way we create and consume content; however, with its progression, it is also challenging traditional copyright and patent laws. It is important that attorneys learn how to navigate the intersection of AI and intellectual property, in order to properly advise their clients in this era of innovation. As AI systems become more sophisticated, more questions arise over the intellectual property of their creations. This presentation will explore the complex and rapidly-evolving relationship between artificial intelligence and intellectual property laws and how these AI advancements will eventually require intellectual property law to adapt.

This course is co-sponsored with myLawCLE.
