Zach Abramowitz will kick off the session with a strategic synopsis of how Artificial Intelligence is reshaping the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) landscape. Zach will then discuss the current wave of disruptors driving innovation and how CLM systems must evolve to stay relevant. Finally, he’ll provide a foundational understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their implications for legal departments managing complex contract workflows.

Before building his own business, Zach worked as an associate in the M&A group at Schulte Roth & Zabel.

 

Jasmine Singh | Ironclad

Jasmine Singh is General Counsel at Ironclad, a legal technology company based in the Bay Area. Prior to joining Ironclad, Jasmine was Chief Legal and People Officer at Binti, Deputy General Counsel at Patreon, Assistant General Counsel at Pinterest, and Corporate Counsel at 24 Hour Fitness. She has extensive experience growing and managing legal teams, negotiating complex transactions, and leading with a commitment to equity, inclusion and diversity. Jasmine began her career as a litigator in Big Law.

Jasmine is also the founder of a decentralized philanthropy initiative called Dincert, which has raised tens of thousands of dollars for non-profits that provide direct services. In addition, Jasmine serves on the Boards of Public Advocates and California ChangeLawyers and was formerly on the boards of the South Asian Bar Association and the Young Women Social Entrepreneurs.

Jasmine enjoys dancing, hiking, and eating her way through the Bay with her family.
