Program Summary

Drawing on his experience as the former Chief of Staff and Counselor for the White House’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) during the first Trump Administration, Anthony Campau, Clark Hill Member and Principal of Clark Hill Public Strategies, will provide key takeaways and insights for businesses on President Trump’s initial Executive Orders.

As a Core Member of the Regulatory Reform Team on the first Trump Presidential Transition Team, and as a member of the initial “Beachhead” for the first Trump White House’s Office of Management and Budget, Anthony played a key role in developing and implementing President Trump’s regulatory reform agenda across the Executive Branch. His experience and perspective on a broad range of substantive and procedural issues will help to provide visibility into what the future may hold for businesses during a second Trump term. Anthony brings a wealth of experience, having worked directly with agency leaders, including cabinet members, deputy secretaries, general counsel, and other senior political and career officials. His deep understanding of Executive Branch policymaking and operations is complemented by strong relationships with key officials, many of whom may return to the White House.

This course is co-sponsored with myLawCLE.
