His practice covers ERISA benefits claims, private disability insurance, long-term disability, and life and health insurance claims, along with Social Security disability matters.

Noah graduated with honors from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2018. Before law school, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Sewanee: The University of the South. He is licensed to practice in Tennessee and is admitted to multiple federal district and circuit courts.

While at USC Law, Noah held a position as an Editorial Member of the Journal of Law and Education and worked with the School’s Admissions Department as a Law Ambassador.

Noah joined Eric Buchanan & Associates in January 2019 and has since devoted his practice to advocating for claimants whose disability, life, and health benefits are on the line, working with clients one-on-one as they move through some of the most difficult periods of their lives. Before joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kyle E. Hedrick, Circuit Court Judge for Hamilton County, Tennessee, where he gained experience with complex cases spanning a wide range of legal issues.
