Program Summary

The 2nd Trump Administration has moved with blistering speed to cut government programs, jobs, and contracts, facilitated by Executive Order 14222. To successfully manage the whirlwind of activity arising from EO 1422, government contractors must understand what EO 1422 does, how it will affect them, and what they can do to prepare for, and respond to, its affect on their contracts. In this CLE, we will discuss those topics so that attorneys can best advise their government contractor clients.

Key topics to be discussed:

  • EO 1422
  • New Regulatory Mandates from EO 1422
  • How to Prepare for EO 1422
  • How to Respond to Cancelled/Terminated Contracts
  • The Status of Legal Challenges to EO 1422

This course is co-sponsored with myLawCLE.
